Commercial Wall Mural
Gallery

This page I wanted to show some of
my wall murals that I have had the pleasure to do over the years.
These are on top of my list of favorites to paint. Also the people
I get to meet/work with have been great. These are great in businesses,
but are also great in homes!
Barbazon's Sports
Bar & Grill

Painted this mural to be a backdrop
for the stage area. The above pictures are in stages from beginning
through the painting process. Below are some close up shots which
never do justice for the amount of detail that I try to provide
for my clients and also the people that view the artwork.

I wanted to do something a little
more that just putting the logo on the wall the same old way like
a typical printed sign - so I painted it to look like a sky writing
plan which you may see when sitting on the beach. Just trying
to be different - CUSTOM!

Douglas C. Hall
M.D.
Medical Consultation
Room

Murals are great
for doctor's offices. And yes, the trim around the mural is painted
also. The picture looks distorted - but it is not. I had to use
a wide angle lens on my camera to get the whole wall mural in
one shot. I wanted to show some of the detail that I put into
this mural, so I am showing 3 closer pictures .

Xtreme Image Building

All the lettering
and the logo is hand painted with a brush to get the crisp lines
and then an airbrush was used to give the white highlights and
drop shadows to make it almost a 3-D illusion.

Below is the computer
rendering of the building.

Ocala Landscape
Management MURAL

This is the mural
for the main entrance lobby for Ocala Landscape Management. I
try to come up with ideas that will fit or have a theme that matches
the company. I had an idea to make it look like a real blueprint
is sitting on top of a picture of the house in the plans. It took
a little time to paint the blueprint in the corner of two walls.
And yes it is all hand painted lines.

This mural was
painted for Ted's new office. The large rooster fish you see is
a mounted fiberglass mold of the fish he caught offshore Mexico,
so I painted the mural around it, gives a great 3-D effect to
the mural. This is a great idea if you have some mounted fish
and would like a mural also. Thanks to Ted and Nancy.

I wish the pictures
would show all the detail that I put into this mural. But we still
have limitations with the internet.
We also did a logo
painted on the outside of the building.

Body Factory GYM
MURAL

This was painted to
dress up the smoothie bar inside the gym. Looks great with all
the mirrors in the gym reflecting the the clouds and ocean.

Original wall compared
to the finished wall.

McDONALDS Restaurant
MURAL

Bill had a half-barrel
ceiling that needed some clouds airbrushed. The "M"
you see is actually fiber-optics to give the lighted effect. Looks
better in person than with the digital pictures shown here. It
was very interesting trying to paint the ceiling standing on a
ladder with customers underneath ordering cheeseburgers all day
- I wish I had a picture of the small orange cones we tried to
use around the bottom of my ladder to warn customers - at least
we try.

TORRI RACING Mural

Mural/Sign for the
new building.

Work in progress...

Newest mural project. Want to thank
Anthony and his wife and all the guys down at the shop for the
opportunity and help with this project. Yes, that is diamond plate
pattern painted around the door way.

Started with the original wall
with the lettering. Had the walls painted before I started the
clouds and such.

Showing the size of the logo being
transfered onto the wall. 7'x15' for just the logo - big!!!

Pictures of the grand opening of
TORRI RACING shop with the local radio station and BBQ. Good times!

Showing some details on the mural.
It was a cool project especially around the bike shop, with all
the cool bikes around. Great inspiration!

Pictures below are taken from a
seafood restaurant. The first two pictures are on a 7' wall inside
the restaurant. The following four are on the outside of the building
as you enter the restaurant.

The following mural is on a 9'
wall at a local business. The owner has a charter fishing company.
He provided the picture of the boat also. The large fish that
you see is an actual mounted fiberglass replica of a fish that
the owner caught. I can use any fish and any background for a
mural and make the fish look like it is jumping out of the mural.
Great 3-D effect.

The following mural is on the side
of the Ocala Equestrian Complex. This will be used for the photographers
backdrop to take pictures of the winners of a horse show event.
After they exit the arena, they take about 10 steps and they are
ready to take pictures. Another testament that wall murals can
be used in many different situations, not just for pleasure(residential)
but also can be great for a business. It dresses up their building
but also can bring in some profit.

The following cutting horse mural
is at an Ocala, Florida based horse trailer dealership. The dealership
is actually named after the horse in the picture (Fiddler's Trailer
Sales). The owner is very well known for barrel racing, so what
better theme to use in the main office than a favorite activity
and also be able to fit their company name in the mural also.

The following mural is on a local
restaurant on Lake Weir near Ocala, FL. Great place to eat, right
on the lake and easy access for fellow boaters. Just as a small
testament to my artwork and durability - the mural was painted
close to 9 years ago and still to this day it looks great even
though the elements are not the best(bright sunlight along with
bright white sand, humidity from the lake and also the wind can
gust pretty strong). I do my very best to make my artwork last
as long as possible. I use the best paint on the market along
with the best clear coat to make the job look great but also last.

Wall mural painted for the Ocala
Equestrian Complex. Customers wanted to show some of the horse/equine
events that they host at their arena!

This part of the mural was painted
on the front of the main desk wall.
